October 2023 was a busy month for Alpha Omicron.

39 caramel apple kits were assembled and delivered to new teachers in the
Scappoose and St. Helens school districts.
Fall greeting cards were made!

The cultural event was aboard the Portland Spirit, celebrating the Irish
​ (that may be) in us!

Bunco de Mayo - May 3, 2024


​​Our main fundraiser boosted the funds available to work our magic for local kids and educators - OLE'

​DKG Oregon State President, Darlene Cook, brought a friend through the rainy weather to support our chapter and to have some fun. 
​
She and almost everyone attending won prizes. 
We are thankful to the local businesses that donated the wonderful prizes! 

Oregon State Conference - May 17 - 19, 2024

Mid May, Oregon State Organization held its state conference at the
Running Y Resort, Klamath Falls.  Debbie, Sandy, and Linda McCoy attended.
Debbie accepted our chapter's
​Order of the Rose Award.
Sandy was presented as our chapter's president for the next two years.
Some of our artwork from last year was displayed.
Debbie presented at a workshop and was also serenaded by a strolling cowboy.
September 2024 - We baked, wrapped, and delivered cookies to each teacher in the St. Helens School district.

That's a lots of yummy baking and plenty of "Sweetened" teachers!
In October, 2024, we gathered to play Chapter Bunco in Amy's home. 
​Amy prepared a taco salad bar for all who came. 
​Thank you Amy!
Also in October, Debbie and Sandy attended the State Fall Conference
                                            at Mary's Wood, Lake Oswego.
Debbie had created an information board for             Sandy helped with a presentation about
